We are open 24/7 online.

Enquiries are processed during hours of 9:00 – 17:00. If you submit translation request for a quote or place the order online after 5pm or during the weekend, we will process it next working day, unless there is specific urgency, in which case please email us to say so.

Customer support & Sales Team will be able to liaise with you by email 24/7, the phone line is available between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri only.

There is no need to bring the document in person these days, you can place the order online. Translations are provided either in e-format or sent to customers by post if needed.

However, if you want to come in person, we offer appointments at our Head Office Mon-Fri 10am-5pm only.

How to place an order?

For Companies

Please hit the red button above to get a quote. You will either be asked to upload the documents or provide information, in which case we will get in touch with you by email or phone ASAP. If your enquiry is more complex or you have a very urgent request, please call us right away.

 

For Private Customers

If you have a small personal document, you will see an option to order it online right away.

If you have a more complex request, please fill in the same form to obtain a custom quote. Once you have received your quote, please read it carefully. Please also read our T&Cs. You will find the link at the bottom of the email with your quote. After you have read the T&Cs and when you are happy to proceed, to place the order, please reply to us by email confirming that you wish to proceed according to the quote and T&Cs.

If you have any vouchers and discounts, please quote them at this stage. We will then issue an invoice. You will need to make payment to place your order.

How and when do I pay?

You will need to make payment upon placing your order. Unless otherwise stated, we will not proceed with translation until you have paid. Once you are happy with the quote, you can pay by bank transfer or card (via WorldPay). We will email you details and the invoice.

For regular business customer or very large corporate orders, we can set up monthly billing on account or adopt your preferred billing structure.

How would I get my translation?

Your translation will be delivered in electronic format by email either in MS Office format, or PDF if you require certified translation or any other format that has been agreed upon beforehand.

Please note that turnaround time is always quoted for delivery of electronic copy only.

If you require a bound copy by post, we can post it free of charge if the document is small via 1st class post after emailing you the electronic version. You will have to check the translation before we post it. We do not assume responsibility for delivery times of a bound copy as it’s up to Royal Mail.

We can also send it via Next-day Special Delivery, or Tracked Delivery, you will see options while filing in the quote form.

I need translation urgently

For Business Customers

If your order is urgent, please fill in the quote form and choose urgency as required. For large business orders that cannot be uploaded online, please email us the files ASAP and follow-up with the phone call so that we put a priority on it.

There will be urgency surcharges for performing the work on a rush basis of 10-50%. We will quote the price including any urgency charges.

 

For Private Customers

Same-day (only if you enquire before 10am) & next-day translations of small personal documents will be much more expensive than a 1-week budget option.

We will email you electronic version by the agreed deadline. if you need a hard copy and your order is urgent, we do not recommend postage by regular post, as nobody can guarantee delivery time. Instead, we recommend that you collect the printed copy from our office between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Mon-Fri (prior appointment required) or organise a courier to deliver same-day.
