As a part of compliance to ISO 17100:2015, we must ensure that every supplier follows a registration process and supplies the required document & data set. We appreciate the time you take to fill in the below form even if you have been a long-term supplier.

In order to be included on LingvoHouse Translation Services Ltd Approved Vendors List we would ask that you fill out the following questionnaire to assess the suitability of your profile/company’s inclusion.

  • Please enter your regular rate per word. Example: GBP 0.05
  • Please tick one. We cannot play via international bank transfer, only via Transferwise.
  • Please enter FULL payment details for the chosen payment method

  • If you are not comfortable uploading a copy of your passport, please upload any form of an identification card with your picture. This is purely for compliance purposes, and we will not share anything you upload with any third parties.
