With a MSc in Human Resource Management, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and a BA in English, Sara oversees the HR department. She is mainly responsible for strategic talent acquisition, staff retention, workforce planning, and HR forecasting. With a strong interest and background in translation, coupled with the fluency in Polish and English, she also manages translation projects.
