How the Process Works
Submit
1. Submit your requirement — Send the source documents and a brief via lingvohouse.com or directly to your assigned project manager. Include target languages, required format, deadline, and any existing style or terminology guidance.
2. Framework confirmation — Where the project is being procured under NHS SBS, ESPO, or NOE CPC, LingvoHouse confirms the applicable framework reference at instruction stage, providing the documentation needed for your procurement records.

3. Project allocation — A dedicated project manager is assigned and specialist translators are selected based on document type, subject matter, and language pair. Community language projects are allocated to translators with relevant public sector and subject-matter experience.
4. Translation under ISO 17100 workflow — All translation follows a two-stage process: specialist translation followed by independent review. No single-pass, unreviewed output is delivered.
Confirmation
5. DTP and formatting — Where print-ready multilingual documents are required, the DTP team reflows translated content into the original layout, managing text expansion and font requirements across languages before producing final files.
6. Delivery and sign-off — Final files are delivered in the agreed format by the confirmed deadline. The project manager remains available for any post-delivery queries or amendment requests.
