- Offers are available exclusively to corporate clients (companies)Â subscribing to ongoing translation or localisation services through our Ongoing Support Plans. Specific offer package will be negotiated between each client & LingvoHouse as a part of Ongoing Support plan individually.
- Subscription Plan Requirement:
- Discounted rates and perks are contingent upon enrolment in an Ongoing Support Plan with a minimum contract value or subscription level.
- Glossary and Translation Memory:
- Free Glossary Creation and Translation Memory Setup are limited to specified languages and content types. Offer applies to the first setup only; subsequent updates or expansions may incur additional charges.
- Urgency Fee Waiver:
- 4x Faster Translations without normal urgency surcharges are subject to project scope and availability. Certain high-volume or complex projects may not qualify for urgency fee waivers.
- Minimum Charge Discounts:
- Discounts on minimum charges for small content bits apply only to Enterprise Plans with steady project flow, where applicable to the circumstances. Conditions and minimum thresholds may vary.
- One-Stop-Shop Savings:
- Savings estimates for one-stop-shop services are based on typical project costs likely to be incured by a client in case of the use of independent consultants, agencies & freelancers for fulfilment of various components & stages of a typical large localisation project, instead of doing all in one place. Actual savings may vary depending on project specifics.
- Final UX Validation:
- Free final UX validation or teasting and layout proofing are limited to initial project. Follow-up jobs, significant changes or additional checks may require a separate agreement.
- Machine Translation Engines & Tools:
- Unlimited access to MT engines and tools is subject to fair usage policies. The customer will pay for the raw output costs that they would be able to draw using our agency licenses. Charges may apply for excessive use or premium features.
- Risk-Free Trial:
- Risk-free trial applies to new clients requiring ongoing support or for projects over 15,000 words only. The 1,000-word translation is limited to specified content types and languages, the size of test job may be reduced given project scope.
- Termination and Cancellation:
- Termination or cancellation of the Ongoing Support Plan may result in the forfeiture of perks and discounts. Certain conditions may apply.
- Pricing and Duration:
- All offers are subject to pricing review and may be revised annually. Discounts and perks are valid for the duration of the contract and may be adjusted upon renewal.
