LingvoHouse Raffle – Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: This raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 or over who attend Going Global 2024 or the Business Show 2024 in London and complete the entry form via the QR code at the LingvoHouse stand or online. Employees of LingvoHouse and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
- Entry: Entry to the raffle is free. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entrants must provide their name and contact details through the official entry form.
- Raffle Period: Entries are accepted only during the Going Global 2024 event, from 9:00 AM (UK time) on November 13 to the end of the event on November 14. Entries submitted outside this period will not be included.
- Prizes: The prizes for this raffle are:
- 1st Prize: A luxury 1-night stay at a spa retreat near London.
- 10 Additional Prizes: Free translation services valued at £200-£500 each & must be redeemed by the winner within first 3 months of the raffle results announcement date against translation services jobs charged at normal market rates equivalent t0 £100 per 1000 words. For example £200 voucher will buy you a translation of a document up to 2000 words.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on November 19 at 1:00 PM UK time and announced on LinkedIn page of LingvoHouse Translation Services Ltd & by direct email to the winners emai addresses.
- Winner Notification: Winners must be claim their prize within 1 week by replying the email.
- Privacy: LingvoHouse will collect and use personal information provided by entrants solely for the purpose of administering the raffle. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
- Publicity: By entering the raffle, participants agree to the use of their names and images in LingvoHouse’s promotional materials, if they win.
