The "Professional Certification" is prepared in line with the British guidelines. Please see the Sample Certificate. If you intend to use your translation outside the UK (incl. embassies), you may need one of the options above.
What is it?: - We will produce an official certificate on a letterhead, confirming that this is a true & accurate translation of the original document, dated, stamped and signed by our company. The certification within the scope of this service is compliant with the standard requirements of British authorities (See the sample certificate here & Official Guidelines on www.gov.uk website). So if you intend to use the translation in the UK (Home Office, Passport Office, universities, banks, work etc.) this is most likely what you need. If you intend to use your translation outside the UK (incl. embassies) you may need a different type of certification as per below listed option.
What is it?: - this might be required for some countries in exceptional situations. We will take our translations to a British Notary Public who will produce his certificate confirming that this is a true & accurate translation of the attached copy of the original document, signed by a translator in his presence. After this is done the bundle can also be apostilled if needed. Please ask your solicitor to clarify what is it that you need.
What is it?: FCO Apostille is a special stamp that we can get on your behalf from the Foreign Commonwelth Office in line with the Hague Convention "Legalisation" procedure. This may be needed when you intend to use your document & it's translation in one of the member states, to carry out a legal action (sell assets, claim inheritance, register death/birth/marriage, for legal hearing, to issue POA etc). Please ask your solicitor to clarify what is it that you need.
What is it?: This might be required in some countries instead of the Apostille. Please ask your solicitor/recipient to clarify what is it that you need.
