Sara Lyons

Talent Acquisition (HR)

With a MSc in Human Resource Management, accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and BA in English, Sara oversees the HR department. She is mainly responsible for strategic talent acquisition, staff retention, workforce planning and HR forecasting. With a strong interest and background in translation, coupled with the fluency in Polish and English she also manages translation projects.
