TRANSLATION PROCESS
1. The client sets out the deadline and the rules to be observed:
Unlike others, we do not have maximum volume we can handle per day. As we work with large corporate clients we are used to working to client's needs, not our capacity. If the project is too large to physically handle within the deadline, we will delegate to our proven partners to ensure timely delivery.
Our track record includes extra-urgent project of 140 pages within 24 hours and 11 languages 250,000 words project delivered within a week!
Unlike others, we not only translate the text, we aslo submit the translation in the same format as the original, so that the client does not have to spend time for formatting and styling.
2. We appoint most appropriate translator for the project:
- all out translators are qualified, with linguistic diplomas of BA and MA level
- each translator of LINGVO HOUSE has a least 5 years of practical experience
- for each project we appoint a native speaker of a target language who can not only translate but more importantly style text so that it looks like written in the language originally
- translators are experienced in all industries and equipped with modern translation tools, including CAD, TRADOS and others.
2. When the translation is ready, it is then proofread and edited by another translator of similar profile
This is essential part of the quality control process. If the project is complex and large it is proofread and edited by several specialists to ensure highest quality.
3. When the project is completed, it is sent to the client for review.
In case the client is willing to change anything, we make amendments within short time - at no extra cost. If the client has follow-up material to translate it is done within 24 hours.
4. If the client is happy, we send the invoice for payment.
If the client is not satisfied, we will not charge for the work, or in case of prepayment, we will reimburse the client.
